Cruise Tour Details | 13-Day Suggested Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive from USA & Overnight in Athens

Welcome to Athens! On your own time, may we suggest you begin your journey with an archaeological walk past landmarks like the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Ancient Agora, and of course, the Acropolis. Afterwards, head to the Central Market for a feast of fresh fruit, veggies, nuts, olives, and Grecian cheese. Finally, enjoy a restful evening in your hotel before tomorrow's cruise departure.

DAY 2 - 11: Embark on 10-Night cruise ROUND-TRIP from Athens, Greece

Depart from Athens towards a 10-day voyage to Cyprus, two welcoming ports in Israel, and sun-soaked Crete. Enjoy a day at sea before awakening in Limassol, one of the busiest ports of the Mediterranean. The next morning you’ll arrive in Haifa, Israel, where you'll spend two full days before departing late evening of the second day. This extended time in port leaves opportunity to discover biblical and archaeological sites including: Nazareth, Galilee, the River Jordan, and Elijah’s Cave. The time in Haifa will prepare you for the next three days in Jerusalem where you'll be able to walk the Stations of the Cross and/or see some of the most celebrated shrines on earth, the Western Wall and the Dome of the Rock atop the Temple Mount. Enjoy a day cruising at sea before visiting Heraklion (Iraklion), Crete, then venture back to Athens. Your package includes a shore excursion credit and assistance in customizing your experience.

DAY 12: Arrive in ATHENS

Guests choosing **BEST VALUE** Veranda Stateroom Package will experience the Corinth, Acropolis, and Areopagus (Mars Hill) Tour.

Tour details:

Departing from the port of Piraeus you'll reach the ancient town of Corinth, where the Apostle Paul lived and preached for two years. We’ll enjoy a time of devotional conversation reflecting on the teachings of I & II Corinthians. Following a photo stop at the canal, you'll board your coach for a drive back to the center of Athens, where you'll enjoy a three-course meal at a local restaurant. After lunch, you'll re-board your coach, passing by numerous points of interest such as: Constitution Square, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Greek Parliament, Hadrian’s Gate, and Olympic Stadium. Soon after visiting the Acropolis, we’ll ascend Areopagus (Mars Hill) where the Apostle Paul delivered his famous speech in Acts 17. After departing we’ll enjoy a farewell meal together reflecting on our journey and return to our hotel for the evening.

DAY 13: Return FLIGHT to USA

Today you’ll return home on your flight to the USA, or continue your journey on a privately planned extension.
